You have $1k for materials and less than a month to pull off converting our in-house café into a food truck park for a day. (Of course this was in-between billable client work.) I was given the names of each station as well as the menu items in order to come up with a look and feel for each specific station. In addition, one of the challenges was that the design needed to be flexible enough to swap out station/restaurant names as well as menu items for future events with ease and minimal impact. [I.e. maybe next time the café would like to do a Greek station instead of the BBQ.] This prevented us from reinventing the wheel every time we decided to use them.
